Hat Trick for Joe in a 6-1 win

A hat trick for Joe Dryer helped the Blues on their way to a 6-1 win against struggling Shoreham last night at the Caburn.
Ringmer's, "now you see me now you don't" form showed for the good and were soon applying the pressure, keeping Shoreham in their own half for much of the first 45. Dryer scored after 19 minutes followed by Marc Whiteman in the 36th, Kieran Patel made it three, 4 minutes later with Dryer rounding off the half 2 minutes after that.
Shoreham came out stronger in the second half and looked to be gaining a bit of ground but Ringmer dealt well with the constant long ball down field until the ref spoilt Ringmer's game plan by awarding a soft penalty for an adjudged foul in the box, Rob Boddy put it away for the visitors and made it 4-1. A pin point corner was met by the head of Ryan MacMillan powering it into the net to restore the four goal lead on 71, then 10 minutes later Dryer rounded off the night with his third making the final score 6-1 to Ringmer. A brilliant effort in goal by Gary Trott in the second half after making some very good saves, frustrating the Shoreham forwards
