Crawley Down found it hard to penetrate the Blues defence and couldn't' pull anything back, The home side probably had a few more chances in the second half as they piled on the pressure. The match finished with no change on the score sheet, 0-2 to Ringmer.
Bob and Steve were pleased with the afternoons work, Bob Said:
“Three points earnt at a very difficult location in Crawley. Their manager Darren always puts together a good squad - he was responsible for managing Peacehaven into promotion last term - and I was very impressed with the team performance and both Steve and I have big problems in selection issues come next Wednesday evening in the tough encounter at Hailsham.”
